Rose Heide, Office Administrator, has over 18 years commercial collection experience with the firm. She is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, former Treasurer of the Western Region (1994-2000).

Steven C. Lawlor, Systems Designer, is a principal of The Curtis Company and has been working with The Law Offices of SWEET & WALKER for 25 years, ensuring that our computer and communications systems are efficient, cost-effective, and provide maximum service to our clients. Mr. Lawlor holds BS and MBA degrees, is a Professor of Computer Information Systems, and has written numerous college textbooks on business, information systems, computer science, and computer programming languages.

In support of the firm's objectives, each and every one of our support staff has been specifically trained to handle much of the standard day-to-day matters in the unique focus of our practice. Additionally, they have been trained to answer client inquiries from placement through collection of any claim. The nucleus of our staff is entirely cross trained. As we handle only commercial collection matters, our staff is fully equipped to handle most routine inquiries regarding our files, whether from attorneys, debtors, or clients.
