Two Arrested After Race Crash on IH‑10 in San Antonio 

San Antonio, TX (November 6, 2025) – Police say two drivers were arrested after an alleged street race crash on IH‑10 that critically injured a motorist.

The collision occurred Wednesday night around 11:28 p.m. in the 8700 block of IH‑10 E. 

According to the San Antonio Police Department, a white BMW M4 and another white BMW were racing in the No. 1 and No. 2 lanes when the BMW M4 struck the rear of a Nissan. 

The impact redirected the Nissan into an interior concrete barrier, causing the Nissan to rotate several times before coming to rest on the main lanes.

Officers report the Nissan’s driver, a 33‑year‑old man, was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. 

Police reviewed video evidence and arrested both BMW drivers on one count each of racing — serious bodily injury. 

The investigation remains ongoing.
