VICTORVILLE, CA (April 3, 2026) – Wednesday night, a person was hurt in an alarming pedestrian crash on Hesperia Road and Bear Valley Road.

The incident involving a white Toyota Corolla by Bell Cab Co. occurred at around 7:35 p.m. on Hesperia Road and Bear Valley Road.

A witness told investigators a man was crossing Hesperia Road when a southbound taxi was unable to stop in time and struck him.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with deputies and was not injured. The taxi sustained heavy damage to its front windshield.
