MARIES COUNTY, MO (February 13, 2025) – Wednesday morning, a woman suffered injuries in an alarming 2-vehicle crash on US Highway 63 and Highway 28.

The incident happened at around 9:52 a.m. on US Highway 63 and Highway 28.

A crash report states that a 23-year-old driver from Licking, Mo., lost control on the snow-covered road.

The 2001 Buick Lesabre crossed the center line and collided with a 2023 Peterbilt driven by a 69-year-old man from Rosebud, Mo.

The driver of the Peterbilt was uninjured, while the woman was taken to Phelps Health for treatment.

Both drivers were reportedly wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
