Injuries Reported in Cajon Pass Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 15 and Highway 138

CAJON PASS, CA (May 13, 2025) – Monday afternoon, an alarming 3-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 and Highway 138 injured 1.

The incident involving three vehicles, including a silver Ford F150 pickup truck, a white Toyota Highlander, and a black Kia Sportage SUV, happened at around 1:44 p.m. on Interstate 15 and Highway 138.

CHP has closed the two left lanes of northbound Interstate 15 due to a crash, leading to significant traffic delays.

Congestion has built up from Sierra Avenue to the crash site as emergency crews respond and work to clear the scene.

At least one individual suffered moderate injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Also, the conditions of the other parties involved have not yet been disclosed.

The California Highway Patrol, Inland Office, is handling the investigation.
