The incident occurred at about 7:21 p.m. at the intersection of WW White Road and Springfield Road.

A 45-year-old woman was crossing the crosswalk when she was struck by a 2018 Chevy Cruze, according to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD).

The driver returned to the scene upon realizing he may have hit someone.
