ELGIN, TX (March 25, 2026) — One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after a two-vehicle rollover crash at FM 696 and Mundine Road on Wednesday.

According to Bastrop/Travis ESD 1, emergency responders were called to the scene at FM 696 and Mundine Road. 

Officials said the crash involved two vehicles, and both were overturned.

Authorities reported that one person was inside each vehicle at the time of the crash. 

One of the drivers suffered minor injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.

Officials have not released additional details about what caused the crash.
