Injuries Reported in Hesperia Auto Accident on 15 Freeway and Mariposa Road

HESPERIA, CA (November 16, 2025) – Late Friday night, a man sustained injuries in a crippling 2-vehicle crash on 15 Freeway and Mariposa Road.

The incident happened at a red Honda Civic and a gray Toyota Corolla at around 10:58 p.m. on 15 Freeway and Mariposa Road.

Both vehicles ended up on the right shoulder, with one landing in the drainage ditch along I-15 and Mariposa Road.

San Bernardino County Fire crews treated an adult male who complained of lower-back pain and took him to Desert Valley Hospital.

Even though the vehicles were off the main lanes, northbound traffic still backed up past Main Street. Rain had been falling throughout the day and evening, matching the forecasted conditions at the time of the crash.

CHP officers responded, called for two tow trucks, including a flatbed, and are now investigating the cause through the Victorville CHP Station.
