1 Person Injured in Crippling Rollover Crash on Colo 119

Injuries Reported in Longmont Auto Accident on Colo 119 and Zlaten Drive

LONGMONT, CO (February 8, 2026) – Thursday night, a person sustained injuries in a crippling rollover crash on Colo 119 and Zlaten Drive.

The incident involving two vehicles happened at around 7:45 p.m. on Colo 119 and Zlaten Drive, said Longmont police spokesperson Rogelio Mares.

Police said a pickup truck was traveling westbound in the inside lane of Colo. 119 when an SUV heading east made a left turn in front of it. The vehicles collided, causing the pickup to leave the roadway on the north side and roll onto its driver’s side. The SUV spun, and one passenger was ejected through a passenger-side window.

That passenger did not suffer serious injuries, police said. The driver and a passenger in the pickup were trapped inside the rolled vehicle. One exited on their own, while Longmont firefighters assisted the other. Both initially declined medical transport but were later taken to a hospital by a friend. No other injuries were reported.

The SUV driver was cited for careless driving causing injury, driving without a license, and having a passenger not wearing a seatbelt. Four passengers were in the SUV, though police did not specify how many were unrestrained.

Westbound Colo. 119 was closed for several hours between Sandstone Drive and East County Line Road.
