McLENNAN COUNTY, TX (April 23, 2025) – Tuesday afternoon, a disastrous 2-vehicle crash on Highway 6 near Hallsburg.

The incident involving a pickup truck and an 18-wheeler happened on southbound Highway 6 near Hallsburg.

A crash involving a Ram truck and an 18-wheeler left one man critically injured, officials said.

A witness reported seeing CPR being performed on a man lying in the road.

According to officers at the scene, the Ram truck rear-ended the 18-wheeler. The truck driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured.
