The incident involving a FedEx truck and semi-trailer happened at about 3:00 a.m. on S 110 Freeway near 51st Street.

Firefighters extricated the FedEx truck driver, whose legs were pinned due to the crushed front end of the truck.
He was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
