Colleyville, TX (May 2, 2025) – Colleyville police arrested a hit-and-run suspect after a crash on Thompson Terrace on Friday afternoon following a short police pursuit.

Officers reported that the hit-and-run occurred near the intersection of Thompson Terrace and Glade Road. 

After the incident, the suspect fled the scene in a red pickup truck, prompting a brief chase.

The suspect brought the vehicle to a stop roughly two and a half miles away, near the intersection of Pool Road and Barberry Road, where officers took the individual into custody.

According to police, the victim of the hit-and-run did not suffer fatal injuries. 

Authorities have not yet released the names of either the suspect or the victim, and details about the incident remain limited.

Police plan to provide further information as the investigation progresses.
