1 Person Dead in Hesperia Auto Accident on Main Street And Balsam Avenue

HESPERIA, CA (April 9, 2026) – Wednesday morning, officers confirmed that Martin Ramirez was killed in a fatal 2-vehicle crash on Main Street and Balsam Avenue.

The incident happened at around 6:25 a.m. on Main Street and Balsam Avenue.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, a gray Toyota Camry and a blue 2015 Toyota Camry collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders pronounced the driver of the Blue Camry, identified as 60-year-old Martin Ramirez, dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported the 23-year-old male driver of the gray Camry to a hospital with minor injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed westbound Main Street but has long since reopened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
