1 Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Venice Boulevard [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (January 31, 2025) – A man was fatally injured following a hit-and-run crash on Venice Boulevard late Wednesday night.

It was around 9:02 p.m. when the deadly collision happened in Koreatown.

According to the investigators, a light-colored SUV was traveling west when it struck the male pedestrian crossing in a marked crosswalk at the intersection with St. Andrews Place.

The SUV driver continued to travel north on Gramercy Place right after the collision.

Immediately, the medical team responded and rushed the pedestrian to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
