3 Hospitalized in Hit-and-Run Crash on Hunt Highway in Pinal County
Pinal County, AZ (July 10, 2026) – One person died, and three others were hospitalized following a hit-and-run crash on Hunt Highway on Friday afternoon, according to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.
The collision occurred at approximately 4:30 p.m. on July 10 along Hunt Highway near Magma Road.
Sky12 footage from the scene showed one vehicle with severe front-end damage and another that sustained catastrophic damage.
Authorities confirmed that one person died at the scene. Emergency responders transported three other people to Valley hospitals.
According to the sheriff’s office, two victims are in stable condition, while one remains in critical condition.
Investigators are searching for a black Ford F-250 or F-350, possibly a Platinum Edition, that may have sustained front-end damage during the crash.
Officials said they expect to reopen Hunt Highway once crews complete their investigation and clear the scene.
