1 Killed in Vehicle Crash on DeSoto Avenue Off-ramp

Fatality Reported in Woodland Hills Vehicle Crash

Los Angeles, CA (August 4, 2025) – A person was fatally injured in a vehicle crash on DeSoto Avenue off-ramp late Saturday afternoon.

It was around 5:05 p.m. when the fatal crash between a a pickup truck and another vehicle happened on the DeSoto Avenue off-ramp of the westbound 101 Freeway.

According to a witness, one of the vehicles rolled over, wound up back on its wheels blocking the off-ramp.

A person was rushed to the hospital and was declared deceased. There is no information if the deceased was the driver of the vehicle or a passenger.

The authorities withheld the identity of the deceased.
