Police Investigate Deadly Crash on Loop 820 in Fort Worth
Fort Worth, TX (January 19, 2026) – One person lost their life following a multi-vehicle crash on Loop 820 on Monday evening, according to police.
The collision occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Southwest Loop 820 near Bryant Irvin Lane.
The Fort Worth Police responded to the scene and closed multiple lanes of traffic on the highway as investigators worked to determine the cause of the collision.
The extensive investigation kept the roadway partially shut down for several hours. Authorities confirmed that all lanes reopened shortly after 10 p.m.
