1 Transported in Stolen Vehicle Crash on Dakota Avenue [Fresno, CA]

Fresno, CA (February 13, 2025) –  A person was transported following a stolen vehicle crash on Dakota Avenue early Thursday morning.

The traffic accident happened around 5 a.m. at the intersection with Marks Avenue.

Fresno Police said they received a report of a car hitting a person. However, when they arrived at the scene, they discovered no one was hit by a car.

The authorities learned that two stolen cars had collided and found two teenage boys in the area.

The authorities arrested one of the teens while the other was transported to the hospital.

Officers believe two other people were involved in the collision and that they ran from the area just before they arrived.
