1 Dead in Grand Prairie Auto Accident on 2700 East Interstate Highway 30

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX (November 4, 2025) – Sunday morning, a person died in a devastating 18-wheeler crash on 2700 East Interstate Highway 30.

Reports said that the incident happened at about 3:20 a.m. in the 2700 block of East Interstate Highway 30.

Grand Prairie police said a semi-truck was hit from behind by a Chevy Tahoe in slow-moving traffic near MacArthur. The impact pushed the Tahoe into a Honda passenger car.

The Tahoe’s driver, who was reportedly speeding and not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Honda’s driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and the semi-truck driver was not hurt.

The identities of those involved have not been released.
