18-Year-Old Isaac Arellanes Killed in Broadway Collision [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (December 1, 2024) – 18-year-old Isaac Arellanes was killed and 7 people were injured in a Broadway collision past Saturday midnight.

The fatal rollover collision happened past 12:30 a.m. at the intersection with Cesar Chavez Avenue involving a sedan and a pickup truck.

Responding LAFD officers freed two people from being trapped in the vehicles.

Unfortunately, the authorities declared Isaac Arellanes deceased at the scene.

Three people were transported to a hospital with critical injuries. 

Officers said the injuries of the surviving people were not determined.

Similarly, it has been reported that one driver took off running after the collision.

Meanwhile, the authorities are investigating the cause of the collision, though witnesses reported that one of the drivers was speeding just before the collision.

Troopers are also investigating if alcohol or drugs played roles in the incident.
