OROVILLE, CA (May 25, 2026) – Saturday afternoon, two people were airlifted after a major vehicle crash on Highway 162 and Wally-B Lane.

The incident happened at about 3:00 p.m. on Olive Highway (Highway 162) and Wally B Lane.

Firefighters responded to a major vehicle crash involving two patients, and an air ambulance was requested to the scene. Authorities said the roadway was completely blocked by emergency vehicles and urged drivers to avoid the area.

Three engines from CAL FIRE were dispatched to assist with the incident.
