Two Warsaw Men Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 65 in Benton County

Benton County, MO (July 23, 2026) — Two Warsaw men were hospitalized Tuesday morning following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 65 in Benton County.

According to investigators, the collision happened at the intersection with Route BB around 10:25 a.m. when a 2006 Ford traveling west on Route B failed to yield and entered the path of a northbound 2020 Jeep on Highway 65. The Jeep struck the driver’s side of the Ford.

The 72-year-old Jeep driver suffered moderate injuries, while the 56-year-old Ford driver sustained critical injuries. Emergency medical personnel transported both men to Bothwell Hospital for treatment.

Authorities reported that both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the incident.
