One Injured, One Arrested After Two-Vehicle Crash Near Torrance

Torrance, CA (September 15, 2026) — A two-vehicle crash on Normandie Avenue near Torrance left one person injured and led to an arrest early Sunday morning.

The collision happened around 1:45 a.m. in the 23600 block of Normandie Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol. A white Ford Transit van and a gray sedan were involved.

Paramedics transported one person to a hospital for treatment. Officials had not released the victim’s condition.
