2 Dead in Head-On Crash on Highway 113

Hay Road Vehicle Collision Kills Drivers and Passenger

Solano County, CA (August 1, 2026) – A driver and a passenger were killed in a head-on crash on Highway 113 early Friday morning.

The authorities received the crash report past 6:30 a.m. north of Hay Road.

Police said a red GMC pickup truck was speeding while overtaking other vehicles. The truck drove through the opposite traffic lanes and collided head-on with a grey Ram.

Responding officers declared the Ram’s driver, and the GMC’s driver and passenger deceased.

Troopers closed Highway 113 in both directions and diverted traffic at Hay Road and Fry Road during investigation.
