2 People Injured in Miller County Traffic Accident on US 54 and Route AA

MILLER COUNTY, MO (March 12, 2026) – On Wednesday, two people were hurt after an alarming single-vehicle crash on US 54 and Route AA.

The incident happened on the eastbound US 54 at Route AA.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a Nissan Rogue veered off the roadway and crashed into an embankment. Then, the vehicle went airborne, rolled over multiple times, and came to rest on its roof.

Moreover, responders transported a 28-year-old female and a 36-year-old male to a hospital in Jefferson City, both with serious injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the MSHP continued investigating the crash.
