HAYS COUNTY, TX (October 1, 2025) – Tuesday morning, an alarming traffic crash on Camino Real and Yarrington Road injured 2 people.

The incident happened at about 10:36 a.m. at the intersection of Camino Real and Yarrington Road, according to the Hays County Sheriff’s Office.

Two people were taken to Seton Hays Hospital in Kyle with minor injuries following the crash.

The roadway remains closed in both directions. The sheriff’s office is advising drivers to expect delays and use alternate routes.
