Injuries Reported in Fresno County Auto Accident on Manning Avenue and Cornelia Avenue

FRESNO COUNTY, CA (March 9, 2025) – Saturday morning, a crippling DUI crash on Manning Avenue and Cornelia Avenue injured 2.

The incident occurred just before 4:00 a.m. on Manning Avenue and Cornelia Avenue, outside of Raisin City.

Officials say a man driving a Nissan ran a stop sign and crashed into a Chevy pickup at the Manning intersection.
The Chevy driver was ejected from his truck, landing on the pavement. The Nissan driver had to be extricated using the jaws of life.

Both men, in their 20s, were not wearing seat belts and were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Authorities say the Nissan driver was arrested for felony DUI.

Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
