Motorcyclist Ahren Walker Jackalone Dead after Crash on 4th Avenue in Tucson
Tucson, AZ (April 12, 2023) – 50-year-old Ahren Walker Jackalone died in a motorcycle crash on 4th Avenue.
The fatal crash on 4th Avenue in Tucson happened around 10:20 p.m. on April 6.
Tucson Police said the motorcyclist was traveling northbound on 4th Avenue in the multi-purpose center lane above the posted 25 MPH speed limit.
As the motorcyclist continued north, he struck the raised median for the single-line streetcar station.
Then the two female pedestrians were injured by motorcycle debris as the motorcycle continued to skid north on Fourth Avenue while they were seated at the station.
EMS took Jackalone to Banner-University Medical Center in critical condition and the two pedestrians with minor injuries.
On April 8, the motorcyclist passed away.
Further investigation is ongoing.
