Prescott Valley, AZ (July 25, 2021) – A head-on crash on North Valley View Drive and East State Route 69 left two people dead on Wednesday morning.

The tragic incident occurred on July 21 on North Valley View Drive and East State Route 69 at around 9 a.m.

The crash involved a 61-year-old woman from Prescott Valley driving a white sedan. According to the report, the woman may have experienced a medical episode before crossing over the center line. As a result, her vehicle collided head-on with an oncoming minivan.

Due to the impact of the collision, the woman and the 62-year-old male driver of the minivan from Prescott died at the scene. 

Authorities have not released both of their complete identifications as of the moment. 

Furthermore, the crash is still under investigation.
