Deadly 2-Vehicle Collision on McDonald Road Under Investigation [Harrah, WA]

Harrah, WA (October 08, 2025) — A 71-year-old man died Monday morning after his SUV collided with a school bus in a horrific collision on McDonald Road and Harrah Road.

According to the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office, say that the crash happened when the SUV driver failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the bus, causing it to roll onto its side.

Reports say that three students aboard the bus sustained minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation. The bus driver was not hurt.

Authorities pronounced the SUV driver dead at the scene. The Yakima County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the incident.
