BOYLE HEIGHTS, CA (November 17, 2025) – Sunday morning, a man died in a brutal 2-vehicle crash on 10 Freeway and Cesar Chavez Avenue,

The incident happened at about 4:30 a.m. on 10 Freeway and Cesar Chavez Avenue on-ramp.

CHP said the crash involved two dark-colored sedans.

A Sigalert was issued at 6:40 a.m., shutting down the two right lanes of the westbound freeway, and was lifted at 8:13 a.m.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
