1 Person Dead in San Antonio Traffic Accident on 6400 Walzem Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (January 18, 2026) – Friday night, a horrific 2-vehicle crash on 6400 Walzem Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 8:00 p.m. in the 6400 block of Walzem Road.

According to reports, a white 2015 Hyundai Elantra and a red 2014 Toyota Camry collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders pronounced the driver of the Hyundai dead at the scene. Then, paramedics transported the driver of the Toyota and one of its passengers to a hospital with major injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
