AURORA, CO (May 28, 2026) – Monday night, a horrific 2-vehicle crash on 6th Avenue and Laredo Street killed one person.

The incident happened on 6th Avenue and Laredo Street.

According to reports, a westbound Toyota Rav4 ran a red light and struck a ride-share sedan. Then, the force of the crash ejected a backseat passenger of the ride share into the roadway.

Moreover, responders transported the sedan driver and the ejected passenger to a hospital, where the passenger was later pronounced dead.

Furthermore, the driver of the Rav4 remained at the scene and was not suspected of impairment.
