2-Vehicle Crash on Arlington Avenue led to Injuries [Riverside, CA]

Riverside, CA (May 22, 2025) — Shortly after midnight, emergency crews responded to a serious two-vehicle crash on Arlington Avenue in Riverside.

Firefighters arrived around 12:21 a.m. and found two heavily damaged vehicles, several injured occupants, and one person trapped inside a vehicle. Rescue crews extricated the victim while additional ambulances and fire personnel assisted at the scene.

According to Riverside police, four people suffered injuries and were transported to local hospitals. Authorities said the suspected at-fault driver was also hospitalized and later admitted to the ICU.

Investigators believe the driver showed signs of impairment and placed the individual under arrest. The crash also knocked down a traffic signal pole at the intersection.
