Injuries Reported in Eureka Auto Accident on West Wabash Avenue

EUREKA, CA (November 4, 2025) – Monday afternoon, a woman sustained injuries in an alarming 2-vehicle crash on West Wabash Avenue.

The incident happened at around 2:45 p.m. on West Wabash Avenue in Eureka.

According to scanner traffic, one vehicle was struck on the rear passenger side. A woman from that vehicle was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

Reports said the eastbound lane of West Wabash, heading away from Broadway, was blocked between Union Street and Albee as police and firefighters responded.

City Ambulance, Eureka Police, and Humboldt Bay Fire were all on scene.
