San Bernardino, CA (February 14, 2026) — On Wednesday morning, a deadly three-vehicle crash on 210 Freeway forced the closure of several westbound lanes the State Street exit.

The California Highway Patrol reported the crash occurred around 4:58 a.m. on February 11, 2026. A black Chrysler 300CX convertible had stopped or become disabled in the number one lane, prompting several near-miss incidents.

Reports say that a Toyota Supra was found facing the wrong direction and blocking the HOV lane. A Jeep then collided with one of the vehicles.

Emergency responders transported one person to Community Hospital of San Bernardino, where the victim was pronounced dead. Officials have not confirmed which vehicle the deceased occupant was in.

A Sig Alert temporarily closed all lanes except the slow lane, but by 6:45 a.m., authorities had reopened all lanes. The California Highway Patrol’s Inland Office is investigating the crash, and a preliminary report is expected soon.
