3 People Hospitalized after Crippling 2-Vehicle Crash on Cajon Boulevard [Cajon Pass, CA]

Injuries Reported in Cajon Pass Auto Accident on Cajon Boulevard and Cleghorn Road

CAJON PASS, CA (September 28, 2026) – Saturday night, a crippling 2-vehicle crash on Cajon Boulevard sent 3 people to the hospital.

The incident happened at around 6:27 p.m. on Cajon Boulevard and the Cleghorn Road off-ramp from the 15 Freeway.

Three people were injured after a black Saturn ran a stop sign and collided with a gray SUV, according to authorities.

A witness told authorities the Saturn driver failed to stop at a stop sign at the interchange before crashing directly into the SUV.

All three injured people were taken to a nearby hospital by San Bernardino County Fire ambulances. Their conditions were not immediately available.

The California Highway Patrol’s Inland Office is investigating the crash.
