3 Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on State Highway CC [Fair Grove, MO]

Fair Grove, MO (August 23, 2025) – A driver was injured following a 2-vehicle crash on State Highway CC Wednesday afternoon.

It was around 4:30 p.m. when the collision west of Fair Grove in Greene County.

According to the investigators, a westbound SUV went off the road and rear-ended a tow truck. 

Both vehicles caught fire after the impact.

One of the drivers sustained serious injuries and two passengers suffered moderate injuries.
