MARICOPA, AZ (July 2, 2024) – Tuesday night, 3 people suffered injuries in a startling 2-vehicle crash on Porter Road and Homestead Drive.

The incident between a commercial van and another vehicle occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on Porter Road and Homestead Drive.

After the crash, two people suffered serious injuries while the third was taken to the hospital as a precaution. Reports confirmed that two people were extricated from their SUV while the third was able to exit without assistance.

By 10:00 p.m., lanes were shut down on Porter Road between Honeycutt Road and Smith-Enke Road, which lasted until about 1:30 a.m.
