3 Injured in Vehicle Crash on Route AA [New Madrid County, MO]

New Madrid County, MO (November 21, 2025) – Three people were hurt following a vehicle crash on Route AA Tuesday.

The collision happened on November 18 north of County Road 807.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a northbound SUV crossed the center of the road and hit a car head-on.

MSHP officers said a 17-year-old Sikeston boy driving a car was seriously injured in the collision. The rescuers rushed him to a Cape Girardeau hospital.

Troopers said a 21-year-old East Prairie woman driving an SUV, and her passenger, a 40-year-old Puxico man, were transported to a Cape Girardeau hospital.

Both vehicles sustained extensive damage and were towed from the crash scene.
