1 Dead in Dallas Multi-Vehicle Accident on Great Trinity Forest Way and Wadsworth Drive

DALLAS, TX (September 29, 2026) – Monday night, a person died in a horrific 3-vehicle crash on Great Trinity Forest Way and Wadsworth Drive.

The incident occurred around 5:00 p.m. at Great Trinity Forest Way and Wadsworth Drive.

One woman was killed, and three others were seriously injured in the crash, according to authorities.

Dallas Fire-Rescue sent five units and an EMS supervisor to the scene. One adult woman was pronounced dead at the scene, while two other women and one man were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Dallas police said they made no arrests in connection with the crash.
