33-Year-Old Woman Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Potranco Road [San Antonio, TX]

San Antonio, TX (April 19, 2025) – A 33-year-old woman was injured in a hit-and-run crash on Potranco Road late Thursday night.

The traffic collision happened around 10:30 p.m. near Loop 1604.

San Antonio Police Department officers said a pickup truck driver rear-ended a sedan. Afterward, the truck went across a median and crashed into a sidewalk.

According to the authorities, the pickup truck’s driver who was possibly intoxicated during the collision, fled on foot with a dog. The driver will face multiple charges when found.

Moreover, the paramedics treated the sedan driver on-scene with minor injuries.
