Moses Lake, WA (August 24, 2025) – A 33-year-old woman was injured following a Pioneer Way collision Tuesday afternoon.
It was around 12:30 p.m. on August 19 when the collision happened near Hill Street.
Officers said the woman was hit by a dark-colored SUV while crossing a marked crosswalk.
The accident report stated that the victim was thrown about 15 feet after the impact. Emergency responders said she suffered extensive bruising and lacerations.
Moreover, the SUV driver was found to be at fault and cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. DUI was not believed to be a factor in this collision.
