4 Injured in Highway O Vehicle Crash [Laclede County, MO]

Laclede County, MO (November 7, 2025) – Four people were injured in a Highway O vehicle crash early Wednesday morning.

The traffic collision between a 2017 GMC Yukon and a 2004 Pontiac Montana happened before 6 a.m. near Apache Road.

Troopers said the GMC driver was eastbound on Highway O while the Pontiac was parked off the roadway shoulder.

The GMC driver swerved to avoid a deer, drove off the right side of the highway, and rear-ended the Pontiac.

The Pontiac’s driver, a 36-year-old Lebanon woman, incurred minor injuries. Her passengers, a 33-year-old Lebanon man and 40-year-old Kansas City man, sustained serious injuries.

All of them were taken to Mercy Hospital, but the Kansas City was airlifted.

The GMC driver, a 16-year-old Lebanon man, sustained minor injuries and was also rushed to Mercy Hospital.

Officers are still investigating this traffic accident.
