4 People Hurt in Rollover Collision on Interstate 10 [El Paso, TX]

El Paso, TX (November 22, 2025) — A rollover collision on Interstate 10 in West El Paso Thursday evening left four people injured.

The El Paso Fire Department responded to the crash around 5:49 p.m. near the Resler Drive exit.

First responders took one person to the hospital with serious injuries, while three others received treatment for minor wounds. The incident forced the closure of the two right eastbound lanes of I-10 for nearly two hours. According to TxDOT, all lanes have since reopened.
