47-Year-Old Pedestrian Dead in Accident on S Vermont Avenue [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (June 27, 2025) – A 47-year-old pedestrian sustained fatal injuries following an accident on S Vermont Avenue Thursday.

The fatal traffic crash happened around 10 p.m. at the intersection with San Marino Street in Koreatown.

Responding officers said a motorcyclist was traveling south on Vermont Ave when they hit the pedestrian who died at the scene.

The motorcycle rider was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

LAPD is investigating this fatal collision.
