5 People Transported in Vehicle Crash on Highway 249 Feeder Road [Harris County, TX]

Harris County, TX (August 24, 2025) – Five people were injured following a vehicle crash on Highway 249 Feeder Road Friday.

The traffic collision happened near the Grand Parkway.

Investigators said a sedan ran a red light and struck a pick-up truck with four people inside.

There four people in the pick-up truck, including a 14-year-old juvenile, sustained minor injuries and were all transported to the hospital.

Meanwhile, the sedan driver was hospitalized in critical condition.

There is no information if the sedan driver was impaired during the collision.
