54-Year-Old Driver Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash on Business 54 [Eldon, MO]

Eldon, MO (April 19, 2025) – Two people were hurt following a 2-vehicle crash on Business 54 Thursday morning.

Officers said a vehicle driven by a 29-year-old Eldon woman hydroplaned and traveled off the right side of the road. 

The vehicle returned to the roadway and crossed the center line, hitting the vehicle driven by the 54-year-old woman.

The second vehicle went off the side of the road, while the first vehicle then struck another vehicle. 

Officers said the 54-year-old woman sustained serious injuries and was transported to Lake Regional Hospital. 

Moreover, the 29-year-old driver incurred minor injuries and was rushed to a hospital in Jefferson City.

The third vehicle’s driver was not hurt in the collision.
