65-Year-Old Seriously Injured in Multi-Car Crash on Highway 7 [Camden County, MO]

Serious Injuries Reported in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 7 Near Granger Lane in Camden County

Camden County, MO (November 6, 2025) – A 65-year-old man from Edwards, Missouri, suffered serious injuries following a three-vehicle crash on Highway 7 Thursday evening near Granger Lane, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP).

The crash occurred when a southbound 2020 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by a 63-year-old man from Lake St. Louis, crossed the center line and struck a 2022 Ford Maverick traveling in the opposite direction. 

The impact caused the Ford, driven by the 65-year-old Edwards resident, to veer across the center line and collide head-on with a 2018 GMC Acadia, driven by a 21-year-old woman from Brumley.

Following the collisions, all three vehicles left the roadway. The Chevrolet struck a tree, and both the Ford and the GMC also ended up off the side of the road.

The Edwards man sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to University Hospital in Columbia for emergency care. 

The Brumley woman was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital with minor injuries. 

The driver of the Chevrolet reported no injuries. 

According to MSHP, all parties involved were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.

An investigation into the circumstances leading to the collision is ongoing.
