75-Year-Old Leland Ramsey Dead in Rear-End Crash on Wilson Road [Bakersfield, CA]

Bakersfield, CA (March 26, 2025) – 75-year-old Leland Ramsey of Bakersfield was killed in a rear-end crash on Wilson Road Saturday morning.

It was around 7:30 a.m. on March 19 when the deadly multi-vehicle crash happened on Hughes Lane.

Bakersfield Police said a vehicle traveling toward the intersection rear ended a vehicle, which made that vehicle to rear end the vehicle in front of it.

The driver of the middle vehicle, Leland Ramsey, was rushed to a hospital but was declared dead on March 22.

All other drivers stayed at the crash scene and cooperated with the investigators.
